SUNSHINE
I’m a friendly, endless-idea-machine who is best known for greeting you with a smile, a joke, and a fun fact about something you’ve probably never heard of (DID YOU KNOW: Canada has a rule that 30% of the day’s radio broadcasts must be from Canadian artists?). I am a born collaborator who gets joy from developing ideas within & across teams. I’m quick to adapt, find the bright side, and then unlock uniquely creative solutions, even on stormy days. I’m here to shine a light on people, projects, and passions that spark joy, because we could all use a little more kindness in the world, eh?
A TERRIER
Whether it's in life or on the mountain, I don’t give up. I’m extremely loyal, determined, and hold myself to high standard of professionalism. Sure I may crack a joke or even steal an unsuspecting snack off the countertop, but I am extremely dedicated to using data-driven insights to find the right creative solutions for my projects and won’t let go of the metaphorical bone until I do. My work is my passion and my little furry legs can’t wait to start running away with a new idea. Don’t worry I don’t bite, but I will ask a lot of (great) questions.
THE GLUE
My family and friends often refer to me as ‘the glue', or perhaps more often ‘the mom friend’. I am a deeply empathetic person who often bends an ear to friends in need or folks going through a hard time. I bring teammates together and am the one to sound the rallying cry when we’re needed to go off into battle. I take great pleasure in understanding and supporting those around me - whether it’s collaborating on a project, delving into their personality tests, or reading their astrology charts. I love understanding people and helping them work together to achieve their goals with a smile on their face.
